After reading the first book I was looking forward to the 2nd and see how Tate’s story develops. As much I liked his character I found myself being extremely irritated by Violet- she came across as judgemental, self-righteous and too much in her head. I nearly gave up.

Absolutely loved the follow up to Coldhearted King - Tate & Violet are so perfect for each other 💜🩵 can’t wait for Roman’s story!!

Loved the storyline in this book, where they didn't realise they already knew each other when they first hooked up. Another great book from LM Dalgliesh that you can't put down. Look forward to reading the next book in this series.

Tear jerker in places but I loved Tate and Violet's love story. Only thing to make the series complete would be Roman's happy ever after please

This books was a nice read,not too challenging in terms of emotional torture😂 the way some books in this genre can be. I liked the subplot which focused on Tate's ligitimacy. This added some depth to the story rather than a basic cake fiancee script.

Tate & Violet. A slow-burn, fake dating romance that I enjoyed almost as much as the first one. It has a few similarities with Cole’s story but they didn’t bother me.I found the beginning of the story quite interesting, perhaps that phase could have lasted slightly longer.I liked Violet’s character a lot, strong and proud. Tate was a very cute playboy that could easily steal one’s heart.There was a lot of flirting and seducing games between those two, perhaps a bit more than needed but oh well. I had fun and I’m jumping into Roman’s story asap.-Dual 1st person POV-Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️Overall: 4/5 ⭐️ for me.

I was not prepared for this book! It was written so beautifully. This is my first book by this author but not the last.The emotions written on the page are played out in real life.Brilliant. Just Brilliant!
