Slight delay in the activation, so I would recommend registering your sim earlier than needed. Once the activation was done, everything worked flawless. Already purchased another for an upcoming trip for a family member.Very easy to set up, fitted my phone perfectly, always had a good connection and signal.

Purchased 2 - 15day unlimited data +US calls physical sim cards. Straight forward activation process, just insert new sim in phone and worked immediately on arrival. Data package a must if using Google maps. Having a US phone number was great for reservations, taxi apps etc. Highly recommended.

I bought this SIM card for use in USA. I confirmed with the seller online that I can request to activate the first day ofmy trip. When I arrived USA, the card was not activated. The card was still unusable on the second day morning. I sent several emails to the support team to ask for help, but no response. Then I dropped messages in their website. Finally the card was activated in the second day afternoon. I was really disappointed with their service. It was mostly likely the activation date was overlooked. Customer service neglected my emails. I was having a holiday in USA, but my SIM card was not working. I can't use the Google map and other apps outside my hotel. My schedule was a bit interrupted. I won't recommend their card to my friends.

This SIM card worked perfectly and is exceptional value for money. My reason for 4 stars is that it took me a while to figure out how to activate the sim card - luckily I did this before I travelled. The instructions are very light - I spent some time with the chat facility to understand what I needed to do. Everyone was very helpful, just a bit of anxiety on how to activate. Data speeds were terrific and the local number was a bonus. Meant I could keep in touch with the family easily without worrying about wifi or data costs.

I bought the 15 day Sim to cover a fortnight's holiday in Florida. I put this into a spare mobile and activated it the day before travelling. After a couple of hours not receiving the confirmation, I turned the mobile off and on again and everything sprang into life and we had the telephone number.First use - Google maps to get to our destination and everywhere else thereafter.Second use - all being able to tether and have data whilst out and about.Third use - being able to give a US telephone number when making bookings and to be notified about tables/rooms being ready.Good value when compared to O2's £7 a day charge to use the mobile in the US.

I don’t normally do reviews, but I was so impressed with this I thought it deserved one.The instructions were very simple. You select the date you want it to start. When I landed in the U.S I got a text to say the sim was ready to use. It worked perfectly for my 2 week trip. My wife was also able to hotspot from it when she had no WiFi. I was impressed it still works alongside my UK number. You can just select to turn the data roaming off for your uk number, but you can still receive text messages / phone calls. Excellent bit of kit and I would highly recommend. Was great for using google maps for directions whilst driving. Would definitely use again…the only negative I have, is the phone number you are given is obviously recycled over and over and you do get a lot of spam text messages…but easy to block. All in all I would highly recommend.

I've used these SIM cards for trips to the US several times now and they always work with no issues. For my most recent trip last month, I bought one that lasted several days longer than we were there in case of any delays. I set the activation date as the day before our arrival in the US so I could swap my SIM card on the plane and it would be ready after we landed. Everything worked without any issues and coverage was good.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I never received the notification needed to activate the eSIM, even though I got an email claiming, "You should receive a notification on your phone to install the eSIM..." Spoiler: I didn’t. I contacted their support ([email protected]), and the only response I got was a vague and useless, "We will arrange to re-send it sometime." No follow-up. No fix. Nothing.I use a Pixel 8a with notification history enabled—this wasn’t user error. To make matters worse, I actually bought a second eSIM thinking maybe I did something wrong the first time. Same exact issue. No notification. This time, support didn’t even bother to reply.I’ve wasted time and money on a product that doesn’t work and a support team that doesn’t care. Absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor—stay far away from this company.
