Great controller for PC gaming
So far so good. Lot of customization options and no problems thus far. Will update if I start to experience issues. Box is nice and premium. Response time seems great, whether on bluetooth or the proprietary usb device.Edit 1: lowered a star because the battery life doesn't feel comparable to other products I've used. As soon as the battery gets low too, it completely kills rumble function which seems to happen fast. Annoying.

New Favorite Controller
I love this thing SO much. I'm really picky about my controllers, but after having a lower-end model from the same brand and really liking it until it was damaged, I figured I'd drop a little extra and go higher-end. Don't regret it a bit. The buttons feel great, the controller is grippy and feels great to hold, triggers being able to flip between digital and analog is fantastic, and having the ability to connect to a bunch of different devices with one catch-all controller is great.

Should be marketed as a wired controller
I've attempted to use this controller for almost 2 months and have massive buyers remorse. It is usable on its best days and looks good sitting there because it just won't connect the rest of the time. I've tried everything from Bluetooth to the dongle, restart, updates, calibrations, and usb priorities to get the wireless latency within usable and always end with it plugged in. It's a nightmare to update and completely unusable for any Fps, racing, or fine movement games when it's not plugged in do to massive latency spikes. And forget about playing any games that require both keyboard and controller because it fights for connection priority. All of this to say I should have just bought an Xbox controller...and as I type this the wired connectivity has stopped working so I'd take the one star back as well if I could

Not really an upgrade from the KK2.
This is a very good and responsive controller. There are only a few issues the keep it from being 4 or even 5 stars.First and most importantly, is that it will not stay connected to windows over Bluetooth. It will stay connected to my Steam Deck over BT, but not any of my Windows laptops or desktops. I have updated the firmware for by BT adapters, I have updated the firmware for the controller, and the firmware for the controller's BT chipset, and still the controller will shut off the moment that windows shows it has finished pairing.Second and almost as important, the advertising around the 4 back (bottom) buttons is extremely misleading. Until you read the manual for the controller it is not clear that the 4 back buttons are not extra buttons like the 2 on the bottom of the steam controller or the 4 on the back of the Steam Deck or the Xbox elite controller, they can only be mapped to existing buttons on the controller.

Difficult to update.
Overall the controller feels nice in the hand I like the customization. When I tried the update the controller using my Windows computer it bricked the controller I tried multiple times with my windows computer and it would not unbrick. switched over to my Mac and had no issues controller works great now.

Went from premium to junk within a month.
Purchased this controller for $80 and was promised a premium, durable controller that would last.Within the first month, the left shoulder starts to go bad, getting squeaky and becoming less responsive. One of the back paddles also stops working outright, for seemingly no reason whatsoever.Contacted customer support and was told I'd be sent a new board for me to replace myself (no refund or exchange offered), but after waiting for over 6 weeks I never received it.I would not purchase any product from this company; I feel like i essentially threw $80 into the shredder.
