Buffalo Ice Cream Maker 2L Frozen Yoghurt Sorbet Machine Dessert Freezer

I have never had a compressor ice cream maker before, so the impress bar is low - however I think it is good.I have made some fantastic ice cream in this thing.Ice cream made in this melts quickly, more so than the synthetic crap from the shop, it also sets like a brick in the freezer.I had to add some vegetable glycerine into the mix to act as an antifreeze, so I could get a softs-coop out of the deep freeze. Once perfected (took 4 attempts) my ice cream is now the talk of the family.

This is very easy to use, both operating and cleaning up afterwards which is very easy. It says its an ice cream maker, but have made a mixture of ice-creams and sorbets that have come out great.

Packaging will be damaged."Arrived brand new but heavily damaged as per photo. Only minor damage to outer packaging and no damage to inner packaging. Looked like a severely damaged item had been repacked and sold as "Very Good" in the hope of catching the unwary.Returned and refunded.

Ice cream maker stops rotating after 10 minutes, while ice cream is still liquid. Temperature shows -20 to -25. It becomes ice quickly and can not proceed further. It was working properly for initial weeks. We used it max 10 times, once or twice a week. We were thinking that we bought a restaurant grade device and we are very unhappy how it ended up.Amazon provided full refund. Thank you.

This originally worked well however the churn function has stopped it is only 9 months old how do I get it repaired please
