After trying everything else I decide to purchase this and it worked. Mole seems to have after one treatment. I followed the tunnel and poked holes along the way and poured the prepared solution in. Never saw another tunnel again. There is plenty more solution to do it again if he decides to come back.

So far this is working like it says it will! I have treated each hole in the back yard several times then filled with fresh dirt and no miles have come back to that area! I’m now working on the upper yard. I have high hopes I’ve finally found the answer to this problem!

Directions are clear on how to mix and install. I have used on multiple parts of yard. It works slowly on some areas and hasn’t worked yet in others.I use a sprayer that gets a good even flow of product. I will continue to use to see how it maintains the ability to rid those pesky moles.

I was only trying to treat a 10' x 10' grass area. I use this product exactly the way they recommended. Mole damage dramatically increased after applications, despite threading the sprayer wand into all the new tunneling and following up with topical spraying and light freshwater rinse.Moles were attracted, and not at all repelled from this small saturated area!
