Not what I expected to be and not good enough for what I needed for

Good product for the price
I purchased this system for my security team to do their bi-hourly checks/tours. It was easy to install and is easy to use. Programming checkpoints and officer keys was simple as well. A couple of things I dislike are that once an officer completes a tour, it does not offer an "email" option upon downloading to email the tour checklist to the manager. And if an officer doesn't print out their tour upon completion, the previous tour merges in with the next tour, so the printout then becomes a mix of times and dates of the two (or multiple) different tours intertwined, rather than keeping them separate. Overall the system works well. Just a couple of kinks I would like to see changed.

It works good, but I have had serious software problems.
It’s confusing to set up, the instructions aren’t clear. The software doesn’t work right and tech support is only available after midnight... I want something easier to set up and use. I’d like to rename checkpoints. But nothing saves. It’s a real pain.

Great product for he price
The only problem I had was printing specific days but customer support responded in less than five minutes and within five minutes I was printing date specific reports, Customer care with this company is excellent.

Get the job done
The only problem with this is that you have to get complete contact to the fobs and at times rub the scanner arroynd to get the reading. Otherwise great system
