After watching a YouTube video of Alex Hamilton restoring an antique Seitz jeweling set I decided to give this a try for my restorations sets and it worked very well. It also works amazingly well for the stakes in a watchmaker staking set. Following Alex’s example and mounting the stake in a 90 degree stake anvil. These sheets do an amazing job of restoring the business end of stakes, stumps, jeweling tools, pin punch ends, die plat surfaces, removing scratches in chrome and nickel plated anvils and many other things. This was the perfect solution to fixing and restoring my antique watch maker tools. In most cases this process restored the tools to better than factory spec and finish quality. As watchmakers know, precision is something that is highly needed and sought after in these antique tools. I highly recommend these sheets for any fine detail and restoration work.

This is a really good deal. I make knives and my handles and blades have never been so smooth. 20,000 grit is crazy

I like the fine sandpaper. I plan to clear up a fogged Headlight on a car.

Worked for what I used it for — repaired 1/4” poly crack in my guitar. Also used a polish after this. Turned out better than I expected
