Love this toy set of lizards and cactus. The quality is better than I thought it would be! There are a ton of different lizards to play with in a variety of different styles and colors. Lots of attention to detail and no messy paint work, which I appreciate. These are great for imaginative play or other uses, like desert themed cake toppers. The size is nice and perfect for kids of all ages. These don't feel cheap like some other toys would, I was quite impressed with these! I love the variety of cactus that comes with the lizards as well.

What caught my eye about this set was the cactus models. We have a variety of animal figurines including some reptiles from other sets, but these cacti are very unique and add an extra dimension of play, thinking about environments beyond just the animals themselves. My kids (5 & 7) were immediately intrigued by this set and were inspired to make little dioramas, using not only the figures but water and sand or beans.The cacti really deliver on their promise, with great craftsmanship and detail, a nice variety of sizes and shades of green. The lizards work fine as well, they are not the best artistry and detail but they are plenty durable are more about quantity and variety. The plastic is flexible but strong enough that the limbs and tail don't break off too easily. My kids enjoyed trying to identify the different kinds of lizards. I expect we will lose some of the lizards over time but there are enough that we won't have to worry about it. And the cacti will presumably last a very long time.They seem to work fine with outdoor play as well, we had some exposed to sand and indirect sunlight for a couple weeks, and there was no damage to the paint. They can be a good addition to an indoor toy bin or an outdoor sand box.

This is such a fun and different kit to use for play, sensory bins, or morning invitations. It's new to us to finally have things from a desert biome, as I feel like they are a bit harder to find.I love the details and the colors in this kit. The toys feel like they are quality made and have some weight to them. Define a good find.(I don't have the knowledge, nor have I don't the research on the type of cati and lizards in this kit to see where they are found - so I can't speak to the educational accuracy of the kit)

These plastic lizards and cacti offer good value for their cost. The product description on Amazon is accurate and represents this product. The collection includes twelve different lizards and five different cacti, all of which are nicely painted. For those who are particular about the painting quality, any issues can easily be corrected with a bit of plastic-friendly paint remover, model paint, and a micro or airbrush. These items are accurate enough for use in dioramas at museums, public displays, terrariums, and by model builders. However, they are not realistically scaled to fit any specific model building and railroading scales.These would make great presents for children aged six and up, as well as for individuals of grandfather age. These sea animals are perfect for use as cake toppers, party decorations, terrarium decorations, and trinkets. They arrived within two days and without any problems. I would definitely get these again.

I got these for my plant and animal loving 6 year old who is very into pretend play. She has a ton of figurines and we are always looking for more realistic plant figures, so I especially got this set for the cacti, and they did not disappoint. They are a good size for any scene you have for animal figurines, and they are nicely detailed and do not tip over easily. The lizards are also really nice and are all different and well made. You could use these for so many different applications.
