It's a great primer, cooling but not minty at all, very soothing, thin but hydrating. I have actually found it to be great for skiing. It helps prevent wind burn but it doesn't get all greasy like lotion. I don't wear any makeup when I ski but the primer is so nice.

Nice size tube and amount of product. Does feel cool when applied but I don't see any other benefit. Again I am sucked into buying a "top rated" item that really is useless. Sorry ELF, I love some of your other products.
