i recently got this after breaking my brand new ipad and needed a cheaper replacement. although it is a few years behind the new ipad i had, id say the quality and screen resolution is comparable to the new ipad. i like the windows interface, and i can use it for all the things i was using the brand new ipad for, although this dell build is from 2018 instead of more recent like the newest ipad. since it is older it does not have the fingerprint touchscreen button feature the new ipad does but i do not need it. thanks to its functionality and aesthetic look, i feel at ease with my purchase, its durability, longevity, and choice over another new ipad which would've cost more, while performing for me the same functions i use this dell tablet for. it upgraded to windows 11 but i found that certain features like bluetooth didn't work so i put it back to windows 10 and it works perfectly and is more preferable to me than windows 11. hopefully sticking to windows 10 and not upgrading does not downgrade the quality of my usage or the tablet's performance in the long run. that is another plus over the ipad, the quality degrades less over time even on older windows than an older apple device which slows down over time and requires software upgrades which discontinue eventually, thus requiring an upgrade in device. i think dell thinks more about the consumer's wallet and functionality needs, as well as appearances of devices, which is what i'm looking for and windows stays working for a long time even if it's an outdated version. my biggest complaint with apple is that their devices slow down over time with discontinued software support, and windows seems built to last despite outdated software and drivers. it's like choosing a bmw or volvo over a car brand that is reputed to break down more despite being fancy and cool.edit: after downloading firmware update for this specific dell model, i was able to upgrade to windows 11 and now my tablet is running as fast, and image quality as high as the brand new ipad.

I I was little nervous to buy the refurbished unit but still i believed in DELL. As expected it delivered on time and surprise it was good as new and its been almost 4 weeks have been using it and no issue yet , Worth it

This item was delivered quickly, and the condition of this renewed tablet was in like new condition. Everything stated in the AD was correct and every feature of this Dell Latitude 7200 tablet worked as advertised. A great buy!
