Never knew I needed these t-shirt quality squares until I wanted to wipe down and provide maintenance for 9 well-ridden family bicycles in my garage! It saved me about 10 rolls of paper towels! And the best part is I only used about 10 of these rags as I kept one just for Windex, one just for Goo Gone, one just for chrome polish, one just for bike waxing, a couple just for bike polishing, a few for chain degreasing and one just for chain re-lubricating throughout the whole cleaning process. That way it conserved each of the applications instead of throwing a paper towel away when it was no longer usable (with product still on it.) A win/win situation all the way around!

These rags worked great for staining my cabinets with gel stain. Did not leave behind any lint.

Purchased as experiment to replace hemmed cotton cloths to dry eye glasses. They are not as good as what I had. They are not hemmed, nor entirely lint free after one wash per instructions, nor as absorbent. Possibly not as absorbent because the Tee shirt cotton is not quite as thick as the cloths that wore out. But they are soft and they do not scratched lenses. Replacement of cotton cloths is not simple, given a website claim there are 78 different kinds of cotton cloth.

Only buy this if you want t-shirt material cut in crude squares. The photos used in the ads show a stack of several sets of what gets sent to you. So, look at the ad, and note the distinction of what appears to be individual rags; it's not, but it is what you get, t-shirt cuttings. You get one of what you "see". I went back and re-read the ad, and indeed they indicated the actual thickness. Not what I wanted, but it's always buyer beware. I surmise they get rejected t-shirts and cut them and market them. So, if you're looking for t-shirt cuttings, this is your product. Zero stars, but this requires a star to close the window. Buyer is always responsible for reading the product description. I wanted a thicker rag and would have paid for it. Do your best to search yourself for what you're wanting.

Not lint-free. Not at all lint-free. I used them to rub finish into walnut wood. Might be more lint-free on glass. Good size for a rag.

Soft and very useful on day to day wiping.
