Creates a vertical partition. It's more of like a lid for the bottom. More storage! I thought the plastic would smell, but it did not, which is good. The silicon/stretchy liners do have a very slight smell, but nothing that can't be aired out. Overall, this is amazing value for money spent. I will enjoy having extra organization!

Exact Fit!
Perfect fit! It’s great! I place a Vanquest first-aid/trauma kit underneath it. It couldn’t be more perfect. Nice tray liners included in the kit. Keep items quiet.
