Best Battery in Its Class – Reliable, Durable, and Totally Worth It
These batteries are hands-down the best choice in this category. What I love most is the charge level indicator — unlike my other batteries where I feel like I’m gambling every time I use them, this one clearly shows how much power is left. No more guessing games! The USB-C output is a total lifesaver and gives me the flexibility I need in fast-paced shoots. The battery life is impressive — it holds a charge really well — and the color, build quality, and solid casing make it feel like a premium product. For what you get, the price is absolutely fair. I’ve already bought six of them and don’t regret a single one.Highly recommended if you want reliability, power, and thoughtful design all in one package.

The most high functioning multi purpose video light battery out
5/5 RatingI am Very Impressed with these SMALLRIG 10500mAh Replacement USB-C Batteries for Sony NP-F970. I'm a photographer by hobby but have been wanting to get into videography. These batteries can power so many things. they can power small camera monitors, they can power video lights, they can power anything USB-C cable related. That's what makes these stand out along with the high battery capacity. The 10,500 mah will allow you to power video lights for 3 hours easily.SmallRig has been known to put out very high quality parts as I own many of their products.I'm impressed to the point that I bought two. I plan on buying more.ProsEasy to useDigital display to show power level - no more guessingHigh battery capacitySuper fast chargingCan charge anything USB-C relatedConsNone

Excellent Battery, Doubles as a Portable Battery Bank
I recently went to shoot some video without a nearby wall outlet for the first time in a while. Found that every single one of my NP-F970 batteries were dead. Full charge was lasting only a couple minutes. I went to check out what kind of replacements were available and I found this huge capacity one. I love that it has a little OLED screen on it that shows the percentage on the battery and it can actually charge the USB-C and it can charge USB-C and USB-A devices through ports on the battery itself.I used one of these on a recent trip instead of my normal portable battery banks, and it worked great. Smallrig is a great brand, and this is a great product. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a high-capacity NP-F970 battery.

Provides power to spare in my setup
This is one mondo hefty battery in the standard NP-F970 format. I use the NEEWER F100 LCD HDMI Monitor and between it and a dummy battery for my Canon camera, I had a cable nightmare going on. I came across a listing for the “SmallRig NP-F Battery Adapter Mount Plate” and I got an idea that possibly I could untangle myself from the cable nightmare. So I got both this battery and the mount plate (sold separately on Amazon) and installed the plate on a short extension on the tripod collar. It is below the action, out of the way and only requires very short cables from battery to equipment. The battery clips into the plate and the plate provides the ports to supply the proper power output. Using a USB-C connected dummy battery and a 12v coaxial DC cable to power the F100, I was all set. The battery has a soft touch switch to display the current charge level on an easy to read display so it’s easy to check the charge remaining while using this setup. The battery can be charged via a USB-C cable or in standard NP-F style drop in battery chargers. At 10,000+ mAh rating, it can supply power to this simply setup for quite a long time. So far I’ve used it for a 2 hour session and only consumed about 5% of the total battery charge. At this rate I calculate it could provide power for up to approximately 40 hours, but in reality probably somewhat less. Having bought the battery during July Prime Deal Days at a nice discount, I believe this setup should provide power for my setup for a long time to come.

Innovative NP-F970 Replacement
These Smallrig replacements for Sony NP-F970 batteries are ma very well. Moreover their capacity, 10,500 mWH, is much higher than the original 6500. They are als innovative with USB charging and out ports, and a digital remaining charge display. I plan to u them on a Smallrig JibOne motor.

Very versatile product
This holds a lot of capacity and I could use it for my field monitor while still charging my camera via the USB-C Port. The best part is I don't need to get a charger for this battery as the USB-c doubles as an output power and a input for charging.Downside is this thing is heavy. But I can use it not only for my camera gear but as a portable power bank as well especially with its high capacity stored power, so its multifunctional in my use case.It is also PD compatible and fast to charge using 65watts charger.

Great no power supply
I wish all np batteries were like this one. Charging from a usb is great. We all have USBc chargers. The battery can be left alone for a few months without much change in its capacity. The embedded electronic seems to not leak

Built like a tank and last forever
These things are great. They are definitely heavy compared to other capacities but they are fine on a camera-mounted monitor. They last a long time - I've yet to have one die on me with shoots lasting 90+ minutes while powering the monitor and periodically topping off my camera. Still sits at 60% after that.
