Extremely high quality charging unit with excellent app controls. I have it in my basement powering all of my basement appliances while being charged by the external solar panels so that I am not paying anything for my basement appliances (full-size refrigerator/freezer, second stand-alone freezer, and two dehumidifiers which run 24/7). The two 400 watt solar charging panels that I also purchased from EcoFlow work really well and even with only March sun in the New York area, i get enough solar input to keep the unit charged enough to run my basement appliances without plugging into my household grid. I should be able to power some of my upstairs appliances too as the Northeast day lengthens and we get more sun. I also love the app which allows me to check and control my unit over wifi from anywhere, just in case of the rare instances where it might run low on solar power and I would have to plug it in to charge. I put an external surge protector between the unit and my appliances to prevent what others have said can be damaging surges, so so far i have had no problems. Overall, I have to say that it is working great and has exceeded my expectation.

Be careful unpacking the unit and moving it around, it is quite heavy. The unit comes with really good instructions, although all the chords and cables are self-explanatory. Charging with the wall socket and the solar panels was very easy. The solar panels pack up nicely in their own case, but they are also heavier than they appear.Definitely very happy with this unit, and would definitely recommend. No problems so far.

Purchased as a safeguard against repeated and prolonged power outages in an area that should be stable but just has shockingly unreliable power in San Fran Bay Area.Within a month I needed to use it in earnest.It was there and ready, and worked perfectly, covering 3hrs at about 250W, with expected battery drainand ample reaerve.The app makes managing it easy, it has numerous output and input options and instantly gives me peace of mind without a major solar or power wall investment that will never pay me back.Its heavy, thats the nature of the battery capacity, but the extending handle makes moving it quite easy. Very happy with it, it has instantly demoted my generator to 2nd place!

Pure delight but heavy to move

We hooked up our new EcoFlo Delta Pro 3 to our transfer switch. The wattage was not working for the refrigerator but made my bedroom lights blinding bright and my ceiling fan was crazy high!! I turned on my bathroom lights and in mere seconds it blew 3 our of 6 light bulbs. I turned on my bedroom closet lights and they blew too! We had to hire an AC repairman to come out and we just paid 600.00 to fix our blown transformer due to the power surge this unit caused. This is the first time we needed it. After failing to get the proper power to the house we started the gas generator and hooked it up to the transfer switch and it worked just fine. The transfer switch is not the problem. This unit is defective. I texted back and forth with customer service and they told me I was trying to hook to 240V which I read that this unit is supposed to be able to handle.After providing EcoFlo with documentation over the last few weeks they have sent me a prepaid return label and they are sending a new EcoFlo Delta Pro 3. I am looking forward to using the new unit when the next power outage happens. Hopefully with better results. Thank you EcoFlo for standing by your product!

So far, product is as described. No issues.

This is an absolute beast of a home battery. It had no problem powering an induction burner (1800W), gaming computer (350W), TV + AppleTV (150W), and much more all at the same time. In fact, it could run my microwave at full power for nearly four hours straight. Plenty of time to prepare a week's worth of ready made meals without power.If you have regular outages but can't spend $20K+ on a solar and battery system this is a great middle-ground solution that will keep the lights on, devices charged, and food ready to eat.

My Feedback speaks for itself:(1) the manual does not match the product on all feature descriptions (2) they recommend accessories that don’t work with the product. (3) the ship times are inaccurate and slow (4) the tech support is ineffective. No one answers the telephone leaving just email asking a question and waiting a day. (5) the manual does not explain how to operate the system well (6) the app is limited and poorly organized (7) the AMZN store is so poorly organized I go to a third party website for accurate info on product .Now I am shipping back defective batteries that don’t work after weeks of waiting for the delivery.A month into ownership and I can’t even tell you if the system works. Sadly, I was excited about switching from gas to electric backup power. I just choose the wrong company!Purchase from Ecoflow at your own risk.
