I got this to replace semolina pasta in my diet due to carbs in the semolina that I was eating too much of. This tastes ok, good enough to make a regular part of my diet. I do prefer semolina, but the dietary benefit more than outweighs this preference. Its being pasta, you can do anything with it, add anything, etc. It takes 4-5 minutes to cook which is acceptable. I'm glad it's available so I can continue to have pasta in my diet in a harmless, even beneficial dietary way.

This pasta is amazing…as long as you can get past the color, lol.

Texture - I’ll start of with the texture which is the most important to me. This pasta has an al dente texture that is a little chewier than your normal pasta, which I really enjoy. Most pasta alternatives I’ve tried are mushy and very difficult to work with. This pasta holds it’s texture very well and I added it to my weekly meal prep. It can definitely be stored and reheated.Nutrition - Haven’t found any pasta with as much protein as this one, 25-44g of protein depending on your serving size. It’s also only 9g of net carbs which I haven’t found in any other pasta as well (I don’t consider miracle noodles or spiraled noodle as pasta).Cooking - These took a little longer to cook than what the box said. I cooked them for about 7 minutes and then rinsed it with cold water. I think the cook time really depends on how you like your pasta. What I really like is that I can cook as much as I want at once and then save it for the whole week.Conclusion - Definitely worth trying and I’ll be reordering soon!

ARSENIC WARNING ON LABEL! How can food legally be distributed when there is an EXPOSURE TO ARSENIC WARNING ON THE LABEL?????? They don't show you this in the photos, but it is on the box. Made in China and product may cause exposure to Arsenic, with California prop 65 warning.

Thin noodles, not like angel hair. Kind of like really narrow fettuccini.Odd texture to me. Did not like flavor.Color was grayish after cooked, per instructions on the box.If you like these cool.I will not order again.Quality seems good.If it fits your diet power to ya.Four stars since it’s not company fault I didn’t like it. Not 5, because soy “black bean” was more intense for my taste. If you don’t understand, that’s cool. We each taste our food with different hues that stand out.Delivery was on time.Package in tact.

These noodles are quite healthy and mealy, but they taste weird on their own. We had to flavor them up quite a bit using a ton of sauce.

Love this! High protein option.
