I've taken this supplement for 30 days, Ive tried others but this one is a game changer. I did the gene test and this was recommended. I take 2 in the morning and 1 later in the day. I immediately felt like I had more energy and more strength. I was concerned that it would affect my sleep and just the opposite, I feel more rested. I didn't take them the other day on purpose and went to the gym, I could tell a difference right away in my workout. They don't taste bad and for the price its a quality product.

I found out about methylated multivitamins through podcast that had Gary Brecka as a guest. This is the best one that I have found. This brand has more trace vitamins that any other brand I have found. I used to get IV vitamin drips with all of this stuff in it, but this is way more cost effective for me overall, and some of the vitamins in the IVs were actually the cheap version (like cyanocobalamin). I don't notice a taste, and the size and quality is good for the amount I take. I do take 3 a day based on the directions. Overall, I will be continuing to purchase this vitamin!

I've been using this for almost a year now. I actually did the genetic testing from 10X Health website after listening to Gary Brecka on a couple podcasts. I was happy that I did the genetic testing because it helped me realized the gene mutation that I have and what to do about it. These supplements are great. I love the quality and now happy to see them here on Amazon which makes it more convenient for me to purchase through here instead of the website. I also did a micronutrient blood test and some of my levels were high, for example my vitamin B12 is really high but my doctor has never mentioned it so I guess it's ok. I was also taking a vitamin B-complex in addition to this so I stopped that after seeing the micronutrient results. My vitamin D was also high but I also take a calcium with D supplement so I had to decrease the amount of that. I have retaken the test recently and everything is all balanced now. This supplement really includes a lot of vitamins that you need so I was able to stop taking some other supplements because this replaced it. So just read the label to make sure that you aren't taking another supplement that this can replace.

Quality vitamins. Little slow on shipping, and pricey..
