Good quality, its your average twin twinax (sfp+) cable..no complaints or issues
Cable seemed well built, like most others in this category, its 30awg, but easily and instantly connected at 10gig. Was able to saturate the link using 2 desktops, with reads and writes hitting 1.08 to 1.10gbps per second with 100gb+ files using samba. 10/10 on speed. Wish it was a little thicker then 30awg tho.

Mixed bag of experience with this
I used this to connect the TP-Lnk BE800 router to a Mokerlink 10G080GS 10gbps switch. It would not hold the connection and continuously restarted. However using the same DAC I connected the Mokerlink to a Vimin VM 3250801 10Gbps switch and had no problems what so ever. Could it be an issue with the TP-link router? Maybe, but it works fine with A fibre connection from the tp link to the vimin.I am using it as it is now, just not sure why it is not working.

Excellent DAC cable
Once I got the DAC cable I used it to connect some of my 2.5Gb switches on their 10Gb SFP+ ports as a backbone. The cable is keeping 10Gb connection with out an issue. Cable itself is well made and the Gbics are made well. The release mechanism could be a made of a bit more thicker plastic, but overall it is sturdy and it does what it's supposed to.
