Amazing Seller and a wonderful product too!
We have a nine-year-old dog that knows where her property line is and just doesn't want to cross it. She knows she can go anywhere as long as she doesn't cross a tree line--and that's a lot of room to roam. We also have a one-year-old Mastiff/Pyrenese mix who doesn't care about property lines. That bunny went over there, so she must follow. And if it isn't a bunny, she goes from 4 feet away to gone in nothing flat, all by herself. Never had a dog like this. It's true; if you want a people-pleasing dog, get a Lab. If you want a dog that doesn't give a dang about what you want, get a pyr.Anyway, we bought this for our mastiff/pyr mix to help her understand property lines--we don't use the shock and have actually taken the leads for that completely off the unit. The vibration is more than enough to get her attention and redirect her; add the audible beep, and she actually acts as if she WANTED to come to you--not that you've called her 5 times already or anything. So it works; it works really well. But let me tell you about the customer service. We lost our remote (long story), and I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase just the remote. They replied that they would send me a new one, free of charge. It came in today, just three days later. Seriously? What company still offers customer service like that? Above and beyond and far more than they had to do.I couldn't be happer with the seller, or the product. Highly recommend.

Perfect training tool
Easy to use and VERY effective. We have a very large Doberman (110lbs) that needed some extra incentive while learning a long recall. This fixed that almost immediately. The vibration settings are perfect and the long range has helped us improve his recall. The battery life is perfect for daily training sessions. We only charge every other day or so. Our dog is unbothered by the fit of the collar, it is easy to fit to his neck and he is never uncomfortable. Highly recommend for people training distance calls, or for your dog that needs a bit more re-enforcement

Lies. False advertisement. When will they be held accountable?
Don't buy. No telling how many false statements you don't know about but let's list the noticable ones. 1. 4,000 feet range is a lie. Picture A I uploaded on the side of the box itself claims 3,300 feet (in completely open range with remote held up high to sky and both items fully charged and no clouds or butterflies or kittens between you and the dog) 3,300 feet. 2. In one of the advertised pictures it shows the double port charging cord. It doesn't come with the cord it even says it in the booklet it doesn't come with it and then later in the book advertises that it does. So which is it? However they are feeling that day I guess whether you get a cord or not. Picture 2 and 3 prove this. Also side of box claims it has over voltage protection lithium battery. But in the book says absolutely do not charge with a block more than 5v.. so which one is it? Who knows.. So really think it's 3,300 feet? I doubt it. I highly highly doubt it's waterproof although it claims 1 meter for 30 minutes I bet that will fail after 2 times. On the side of box it claims ip68 proof and then on the back of box claims ip67 proof lol. Picture 4 and 5 prove that. And what else ? Who knows. Don't buy.

Aussie Approved
Awesome collar for my naughty Aussie! We live on a few acres surrounded by woods. If Freddy sees a critter, he's off. We've installed motion lights on our buildings, but they only go so far. This collar has a light on it! What a great idea! I love to turn the red/green flashing lights on him, he's got his little own disco party going on. The clasp on the collar is great also, it clicks off very easily for me, as I have MS and some other collars have been really difficult.

Good quality
Bought this because I had to borrow my sons for a few days. He had trained his dog with it and she is so obedient now. Used it on my dog, and once we found the right sound and vibration level for him, he is soooo much more obedient than he used to be.I didn't give it a 5 because the 2 sets of rubber ends of the prongs were gone in 2 days.

Great collar, holds a charge for a long time
These work great, we bought 4 of them in different colors for all 4 of our dogs. They hold a charge for a long time and are working great--even after going to the lake several times. The dogs respond well to the beeps and I like the lights that can be turned on at night.

Missing feature, does not shock
This lovely little collar was fairly well made and lets out a notable beep and buzz that got our dogs attention and helped with come commands well inside with treats as incentiveTo bad when I strapped it to my own arm to test the shock a shock of 99 went entirely unnoticed. It's not bad but missing an entire feature made it a bust for me

Hard to program
Collar wasn't staying turned on lamg enough to program it, which was getting frustrating but after trouble shooting we got it to stay on and paired the devices. So far seems to be working.
