I purchased this belt on Amazon January 15, 2025. My son used it for 2 powerlifting meets before one of the prongs broke away from the lever. I am unable to locate the contact information for customer service/support. Its a great belt I just think that we received one with a defective prong.It did not take long after posting this comment that the company reached out to me and made good on the broken lever. Not the best material. If you’re buying for others to use like I was then it’s a good throw around belt. If you’re buying for self then I’d recommend investing the money on a quality belt.

When I received the product one of the screws for attaching the belt had a manufacturing error that made it unusable. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded quickly and issued me a partial refund, since I was able to buy a replacement part.I've only used the belt itself a couple times but it works well. The lever is very convenient. Parts look durable.
