Been using the litholyte packets for years, glad they finally made tablets to take instead of having to put the solution into water.Went from 1-2 stones per year to 1 every 5 years.

I really like these...as I have had a minor kidney stone issue in the past, so I am always looking for ways to help prevent that in the future. So in the past I have used stone breaker supplements and droplets you add to water, but these are even easier to use as its just a pill that apparently will help citrate bind with any calcium...to therefore prevent the formation of kidney stones. So I will likely take these with any meal where I will be eating ice cream, or a lot of calcium...so the citrate will help bind to the calium...to help stone formation. So easy....and likely effective.The only thing I do not like about it though, is that there are a number of extra ingredients in tiny print. Things that are ofc FDA approved, and safe, but that may be not natural, and/or could perhaps cause allergic reaction or inflammaion in some people, especially if you take a lot. As I take many supplements for a health condition I am slowly improving from..I try to limit supplements I take that have such extra ingredients in them. So this is why I wil take these on occasion, with meals when I will be eating a lot of calcium, but I dont know about taking 2x per day as I would also like to keep ingestion of those extra ingredients low as well. It says "Other Ingredients": Vegetable wax, Stearic Acid, Coating Ingredients: Pharmaceutical Glaze + Talc, Magnesium Stearate and Silicon Dioxide". I believe some of these ingredients help it get more slowly digested in the stomach and intestine which allows it to act longer, so for the excellent benefit of helping prevent kidney stones...I dont mind ingesting a small amount on occasion. More than worth it imo.Lastly, it is also made in the USA and has labels that I like to see on my supplements like FDA registrered faciility and GMP good manufacturing practice etc. so I do trust its quality nd safety.Bottom line: it seems to be a good quality and effective supplement for helping to prevent kidney stone formation...so for that benefit...I dont mind a few extra ingredients. I would therefore recommend it to most for that use, but anyone with certain allergies or looking for fully all-natural products will need to check the label well and see what works for them. (Note: there are further ingredients on the label I got vs the label on the bottle in the picture, so that is why I listed them out.)

I usually prefer capsules, but these caplets are sized and shaped well enough that I had no difficulty swallowing them. Like most supplements, I don't see an immediate effect but hope it will help in the long run.Hopefully if you're looking at supplementing with potassium, you are already aware of the risks of over supplementation and the recommended amounts to supplement but there is some research showing that 99mg or less may be safest, which would mean only taking one of these capsules per day. Working with your own doctor may help one determine the correct dosage for individual needs since potassium is one of the supplements that can do more harm than good if over supplemented.That said, this seems like a good quality brand and I like that it is manufactured in an FDA-registered facility and third party tested. I would be even happier if that third-party lab were accredited and I wish they released the results, but it seems better manufactured and tested than many supplements. If I ever have side-effects or positive results after finishing the bottle, I update my reviews so if nothing is added after this, all went as expected.The bottle I received in Aug 2024 expires Mar 2027.

Very easily digested, no aftertaste. The recommended dosage is two capsules with a meal twice per day. No adverse effects noticed and seems to be of very good quality. May integrate into my regular health regimen.

This supplement is easy to swallow and to take as directed. So far, I haven't had any side effects or any other unpleasant results from taking it.
