Go for it if you want to avoid cracks in your newly built house
I used 10 of these roles in my house before plaster. I asked my contractor to use it every column joints, beam joints, electrical drilled places etc and there are no cracks at those places. The cracks has been developed where it has not been used. So please use this if you want to get relieved of cracks.

The product supplied to us was not 145GSM it is 80-90 GSM only
