This is a very safe, highly useful, and easy-to-use product. The design of the cups, especially the larger one, is excellent. I bought it for my asthma and allergy issues, and since I've started using it, I've noticed a remarkable difference.At first, when I saw that the water capacity was only 50 ml, I wasn't sure it would be enough. But after using it, I can confidently say it works perfectly. The design is so efficient that it produces steam very effectively. I’m truly grateful to whoever created this product. I know how difficult life can be with chronic health problems.Now, let me share its biggest advantage: maintenance and cleanliness. I’ve bought many steamers in the past, but some have broken due to faulty electrical systems, and even the more expensive, well-known brands are difficult to clean. This leads to recurring infections, which is a huge issue. So, it's very important to buy a steamer that’s easy to maintain and clean—and this product is great in that regard. It's simple to clean, which helps prevent fungal or bacterial infections.Lastly, the steam it produces doesn’t feel too hot or uncomfortable. It’s gentle enough to use without the risk of burns, making it safe and easy to use over time.

** First Impressions **● The steamer came packed in a standard thick paper box and it contained the steam generator base, facial sauna mask, nasal inhaler, measuring cup and a user manual● The base is white in colour and all the attachments are in blue● There is a steam control switch with three levels and a power indicator led below the switch● Both the facial mask and nasal inhaler have got aroma trays at its base● The water heater container is made in steel and everything else is plastic. The quality of plastic is good and it looks and feel premium● The measuring jar is calibrated at 30ml, 40ml and 50ml● All the plastic parts have got PP label which means it is polyproylene that has got reasonably good heat tolerance, very resistant to absorbing moisture and is known to not react with most chemicals & acids● The power cord is more than a meter in length is of good quality● Overall, the device impressed me in its quality and I would say it looks premium** Usage & Performance **● Unlike other vaporizers, there is no need to open the jar to fill water. The maximum capacity of water container is 50ml; use the measuring jar to fill water● Infuse essential oil, decongestors or cold relievers onto a piece of cotton and place it inside the aroma tray of facial mask or nose inhaler● Twist lock the facial mask, power on the steamer and the unit will be ready for use in less than three to four minutes● Incase if you want to quickly reduce the steam, there is a tiny liver at the base of the mask attachment that will let the steam escape before it reaches your face● There are exhale outlets that helps your exhale air to escape the unit● The facial mask fits well and snugs your face. It is very comfortable and convenient as well where your lower jaw rests at the lower side and temple at the other side of the mask. There is no room for the steam to escape and there is no need for the uncomfortable cloth cover over your head● The nose inhaler has a removable base through which you access the aroma tray. Nose inhaler can be used to inhale via nose as well as through your mouth● If you need more steam, turn the steam control knob to setting '2'● The heating elements are not exposed and does not get wet as well. The element heats up the steel container which in turn heats up the water. So, there is no risk of electric shock and is very safe● Since water does not get in contact with plastic parts, there is no fear of melted plastic or any toxic chemicals getting inhaled● The volume of the water container is more than enough for around 10 minutes of operation and this ensures very less water is wasted● If water dries out, the unit turns off shortly preventing dry run● Cleaning the unit is very easy. Simply tilt the base to pur out remaining water. The water container can be cleaning using soap and water if required. To clean the facial and nose attachment, use soap and clean with your hand. I suspect it may catch scratches if you use cleaning scrubbers** I don't like this **● Eventhough the User Manual has pictures on how to use it, it did not help me. It took me a long time to figure out which part goes in where to assemble the unit for use. A good user manual is very important when the operation of a device is very different from what we are used to** Summary **● This inhaler is very different from the regular steamers availabe in the market- There is no need to dismantle the jar to fill water- Heating elements are not exposed to water- Water boils in steel container, not in plastic- Essential oils, decongestors, cold releivers, etc. are not mixed into water- No need to use cloth cover over the head● I now spend less lime in setting up for use & in cleaning it and I am very happy with this purchase● I paid Rs.1478 in Oct-17. This is more than four to five times the price of regular steamers and I think this is overpriced● I rate FOUR stars; one star off on the poor user manual and on the price factor

I'm using this vaporizer from past few days, n I found it very useful, safe and upto my expectations. A Must buy product.

I have used this product for a good seven to eight months now. I've had several terrible experiences with cheaper vaporizers, hence I decide to buy this product even though it's quiet expensive. I use it quite regularly as I have respiratory/nasal issues and steam treatment is effective. I use it very very regularly (almost once in every two days) and I have used only the facial mask and not the nasal mask, so my review is based on those parameters.Pros:The steam is produced quickly and is constant. It also sustains for a good time. I use the face mask rather than nasal mask as I feel it's better for inhalation and more effective for my allergies. It's convenient to use. There is no splashing or bursts of steam.Cons:After using is for a few months I notice scaling around the metal container and some in the base plastic of the face mask. It doesn't seem like the metal is corroding but there is definitely a coating on it that doesn't go with wiping with a lightly moist soft cloth. The plastic of the face mask also has this coating and I feel like it is getting brittle. I followed their instructions for cleaning and maintenance of the product and yet this happened.I am really not happy about this because I was hoping to avoid these issues with an expensive vaporizer. It hasn't affected the working of the product currently but I'm definitely concerned that it may in due time and with more usage.
