This is an amazing office chair! It is very comfortable, the lumbar support and head rest are great! It is very well made and easy to put together. I really love how it leans back. Definitely a great deal for the price!

This chair is well built, comfortable and has good lumbar support for my back. The lumbar support looks like it would be way too much but it is soft buy firm and provides just the right amount of support. My old chair was good but lacked lumbar support and my aging back needs that support.A good value for the price.

At the time of writing this, I have been using this chair for about three weeks. Firstly, I'd like to note that I did not use the original plastic wheels that came with the chair. Instead, I opted for polyurethane ones, which are worth the ~$20 additional cost, and I do suggest them to anyone. I won't ding them for the plastic wheels, because that's pretty standard with most office chairs in this price range.--Construction and Quality--The chair itself is very solid, and the quality of the construction thus far has pleasantly surprised me. All of the hardware seems to be of good quality, and nothing feels loose or shaky yet. Assembly was straightforward and typical for most desk chairs, and it was not difficult to follow the video instructions on the website provided in the box.--Comfort and Practicality--The one big gripe I have about this chair is the headrest. For reference, I am 6'5" (195cm) and the headrest was not able to adjust to my height, even though the chair is advertised to be good for users of my height. In the end. I removed the headrest and have been using the chair without it, so if having a headrest is important to you and you're on the taller side, you may want to reconsider. The lumbar support of this chair was somewhat hit or miss at first, but it took about a week for the chair to break in and work better with my back. The cushion on this chair is great to say the least. It was a bit hard for the first week, but like the lumbar support, it has since broken in and feels just fine now. The tilting function on this chair is good as well, and is great for when I have a movie or video I'm watching and want to kick my feet up onto my desk.--Final Thoughts / TLDR--Overall, this chair is good in both comfort and performance, with good quality parts, but taller users may find themselves struggling with the headrest and may opt to remove it.

I ordered one of these chairs a few days ago and was delivered in good order without tears in the box, good quality box. Was able to put it together in 25 minutes without issue, good instructions provided. Quality is good, thick plastic on the bend point between seat and back, great lumbar support as I'm 6' 1" at 165lbs.. Very comfortable seat, much better than my previous mesh seat as it appears weight is more equally distributed. Only disadvantage is that there are only two locking positions for the back, one for straight up and one for fully reclined. For the price you cannot find a better value for an ergonomic chair. I work in this chair about 12 hours a day and I can tell you my back feels 400% better. I have ordered a second chair for my daughter whom is 5' 3" at 110lbs and also fits her perfectly.

The chair is very comfortable and all functions work as intended, however the seat does NOT recline with the back, this action is my only knock on it but it is a big one to us. The Seat padding is fantastic, the back support is great, as long as you don't want to lean back.

I really like the overall quality of this chair.I do recommend watching the video before putting it together. Everything is well marked but can get confusing.The only option I found lacking was a forward tilt adjustment on the chair back. Other than that, very happy.
