I bought this to take to our cabin, but wanted to try it out at home first and see how it matches up with my other two scales. I’m a little addicted to tracking metrics beyond weight. I tell my friends all the time, in this day of GLP-1 meds and weight-loss at any cost, we NEED to be watching your bone health and muscle mass! Being “skinny” might feel nice, but it doesn’t mean much if your body isn’t strong and healthy! I encourage anyone trying to improve health to track body composition!OK, off my soapbox.I set this up alongside my other scales to test to decide whether to keep. I wanted to try another brand to see the differences. First of all, no home body composition scale will be completely accurate. You can trust the weight and understand that body composition is directionally accurate and use these devices to track your trends. Always weigh fasted at the same time of day for consistency.The app for this scale is great. See sample screenshots. Setup was easy. The app even has functionality to measure your heart rate using your phone’s camera. It’s very accurate. The body composition metrics from this scale are very closely aligned with those of my other composition scale and close my InBody metrics. I feel comfortable with the accuracy of the measurements for a home scale and it will be great to take to our cabin to keep tabs while I’m there. It’s larger than my others (on the far right in pic), which I think would be preferable for a larger person. It’s easy to read, transmits data to my phone immediately, and has a sleek design.

control my weight and I'm really very satisfied with the purchase. The design is modern and elegant, it combines very well with any space in the bathroom or bedroom. It is easy to use: you just get on and immediately shows the weight on its digital screen, clearly and precisely. I have compared the measurements several times and they have always been consistent.Another positive point is that it is light and easy to move, but at the same time it feels resistant. The automatic on and off is very practical, as it helps save battery. I also like that the surface is non-slip, which gives greater safety when using it.

I do like this scale even though Im pretty sure I've read none of these scales cal give you accurate bone density, muscle mass, bmi, etc. But i think my brain likes seeing all the information. You download the app to your phone and it sends your numbers right to it, so you can see the drops and gains.But the one thing that boggles mine and my husbands minds.....the app tells me my ideal weight for a 5'4" 50 yr old woman is 82 lbs!! And husband 5'10" 53yr Olds ideal is 153. Absolutely ridiculous lol.

I’m totally impressed with this scale & the app that’s provided. I’ve worked hard lose 85 pounds but now that I’m thin my focus turned to building muscle. I recently had this done at my gym so I had numbers to compare to, and it was spot on.. the weight, muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat.. just to name a few. Setup was as easy as downloading the app & turning on the scale. It connects to Bluetooth so it synchronized to my iPhone, my watch , my health app & my calorie app! And it supports multiple users so the whole family can use it.
