Better than Cinnabon!
I used 4” springform pans as suggested on the package. They were wonderfully too huge! Lol. (I ordered smaller pans.) This size is pretty impressive though!I made the cinnamon bun version on Easter morning and my family said they were better than our local bakery’s. 🏆I highly recommend buying 4”springform pans like these: https://a.co/d/b4SWx9lOr smaller ones like these https://a.co/d/9jOxI64They’re the solution to the notorious sticky gluten-free batter that makes it difficult to make most kneaded and rolled bakery, like cinnamon rolls.For everyday baking I will try my own recipes in the springform pans to be more economical. I am working on my own gluten-free flour mix recipe for cinnamon buns without guar gum, etc. But I may be back for more of this on special occasions if mine aren’t as good as Mom’s. Lol!

Tasty and Easy to Make
This is my absolute favorite! It's super easy to make and I usually buy this at least once a year as a treat for myself. Have never been able to make gf cinnamon rolls (or any type of bread) come out nice so this is perfect. Great price for a really tasty roll. Even my non gf family members love them. They taste amazing and it's a nice gf treat. Wish I could order it in a pack of 2 or 3.

Gluten free
These are really good cinnamon rolls for someone that eats a gluten-free diet. There is no aftertaste and cooks well.

Complex and timely but good result
A little complex to make. Must flour down a surface to roll out dough And flour on roller- so must buy loose gluten free flour.You must take 1 hour to let dough rise. Then roll up and cut n slice. Then bake.

Awful
I made these per the instructions and they turned out horrible. So far everything I have purchased has turned out bad. It's too expensive for none of the products to ever turn out right. I will just continue to make homemade it's cheaper and turns out ALOT better

OK, definitely not like homemade
These were ok. I ate them. But they don't begin to compare to homemade. It gave me something to eat while everyone else my amazing homemade cinnamon rolls.
