This is a legit couch. Not like some of the other couches I have purchased on Amazon. The seat depth really stands out; it's the difference between being a couch (or chair posing as couch). The seats are supportive enough that you won't feel the couch panel below it, but still plush enough to sink in. The couch back is pretty tall; makes it look more expensive.The color is also perfectly neutral. It's beige but it could be confused as grey depending on what you pair with it. Intelligent packing; comes in two boxes. Installation was a bit of a challenge only because I put it together solo. I would have been able to do in a 1/3 of the time if I had another set of hands with me. The back cushions were wrinkled out of the box (as other have mentioned) but came out quickly with the steamer. I wouldn't pass judgement right after assembly. I think the couch needs about a week to settle into its true form after removing from packaging. My dog loves it. He's 40lbs and we can both fit comfortably.

I love this couch! When I bought it, I was concerned whether the quality would be good and if it would look as nice as the couch we saw in the furniture store. I must say, yes to both. The quality is awesome. The material is really nice. Yes, it does look more expensive than what I paid. It is comfortable and a great choice for my area.Another concern was that I use a mobility scooter and didn't know if I could put it together on my own or if it would be hard to do. But, I can tell you that this was easy. The hardest part was putting the cover on the front board and only because you had to really pull so that it would go over the corners. Given my issues with my hands even that was still a good experience. I would highly recommend this couch. I think you will love it and would buy more if needed. Very easy and good quality.

We love our couch! The only thing I was not expecting is that it came in one box - from reviews I anticipated two boxes, as we live on the 3rd floor of a 1920s building with no elevator. I was able to carry most of the pieces one by one myself but needed another person to help with the longer pieces.It was not a big deal at all, just something I did not expect.The couch itself is beautiful, comfy and makes our small apartment look so much bigger, ironically. We love stretching out in it, napping and are even able to lay down together to watch tv. We were of course unsure about ordering a couch online but could not be happier with our decision. Also, the assembly tools came with two different bags of screws - one bag had screws that did not screw into the couch at all, so that was a little confusing as well. The other bag fit perfectly.Thank you!

For a sub-$500 couch, it is fantastic. If you have an electric driver, it takes a whopping 10 minutes to get assembled and ready-ish to chill on. I would recommend purchasing 10lbs of shredded memory foam or other filler at the same time to help fluff up the back cushions a bit, but other than that, the couch is great. So far there are only a few downsides: since it's assembled mostly with tool-free hardware, it does creak a bit if you move around on it. The back cushions are pretty flimsy out of the box, even after they have time to fully fluff up out of the vacuum bags, so extra filler is a good idea (The back cushions have divided filler sections which make filling them in so much easier and more uniform, keeping the couch looking the way it is supposed to). The adjustable armrests are very touchy and will tilt inward with barely any force, but they are actually more comfortable in the converted position anyway so really I don't mind much. Getting the armrests back into the flat down position is mildly inconvenient but it just takes a quick upward yank and then set them down and you're good to go. The fabric is suuuuuuper snaggy, so be very careful what you have on your clothing like buttons, pocket knives, etc., because anything will snag.Overall, the couch is great, it has a springboard under the cushions so it has a little more give than just a box bottom, the armrests are super comfy to lay down or lean on, and it looks great in a small living room.If you're shopping for a couch on a budget but don't want to sacrifice aesthetics, functionality, and relative quality, this is a good deal. If it's over $500, then this review is irrelevant, but under $500 for sure a good buy.

Okay, my most honest review: I searched for a sofa for a while, but it wasn't convincing. This one appeared. I studied the options and the price, and I decided. It arrived in less time than indicated, in two boxes. I assembled it myself. I patiently followed the instruction manual, and it was done in less than two hours. The result: I loved it! In fact, I couldn't find a part, so I contacted them immediately, and they were very kind and quick to respond. However, it wasn't necessary because I found the part. But I do want to highlight their responsibility in terms of customer service. I'm happy with my purchase. It looks great, it's very comfortable, and it's worth it.

Amazing couch. Sturdy and easy to put together. I'm 6'3" and I can lay down on it comfortable. It's also deep enough where I can put my legs up and sit. Best part, unlike most couches on amazon this has a high back so it doesn't feel like half my back is bending over the back of the couch. I love the pockets on the sides and the adjustable arm rests. They come in very handy when trying to lay down. I have two cats so I put a cover on mine and dressed it up. Everyone asks me where I got it and when I tell them they are shocked that it's from Amazon and how much it costs! FYI the cats love it.Lastly it has plenty of space to store stuff underneath. For my apartment that has no storage space, it is an absolute game changer.

Easy to build, great quality and it's huge! We were hesitant at first, the price was too good to be true. Comfortable for sitting, perfect for napping, ideal for binge watching series and movies. Great addition to the house, would recommend!
