Love this machine. It works great shaves the ice very fine and no issues. Just turn and it works. You can use regular ice which makes it nice. Definitely a summer buy

I love this little gadget. Perfect shaved ice every time. I have an aversion to plain water so I can get what I need eating ice. The only thing negative, and not a big issue, is the lid sometimes sticks in the on/crushing mode. I thought I was going to have to return it when it "froze" after making ice and it wouldn't open. I'm a tenacious old poot that kept trying and finally got it opened. Have enjoyed my ice ever since. Thank you for a great economical fast and easy product.

Works well. If I were to purchase again I would order a larger one.All in all good product.

The first time I used this machine, it was perfect! The second time was really hard for me! I couldn’t get the machine to stop which the way to stop it, is to twist the top cover. The cover kept getting stuck and the only way I could/can stop it is to pull the plug! So, design wise it would be much easier for a button to stop the machine. I am not sure if I have a defected product, but aside from that ability to stop the machine…it would have been perfect! The ice shaves so good, makes the perfect snow cones!!!! I just wish it was easier to stop the machine!! I might just have to return this.

I tried the ice shaver out as soon as I got it. Took all items out. Realized the bowl was shattered but the rest was fine. It worked great. The ice is so fine. This is great for a person who loves to eat ice. It is loud but I assume cause it is shaving the ice. All in all this is a good investment.
