Does Absolutely Nothing. This contraption is ridiculous. Impossible to put on by yourself and when you finally get it on, it doesn’t help at all.

Worked great for a while and comfort was okay, thickness was a little much for me but have continued to use on and off. Not the best for posture but not the worst either. Somewhat easy to use..

Very cheaply made, poor design. Requires help from another person unless you have the shoulder health of a child. Attempted to tighten the strap and the clip the strap goes through broke almost instantly. 10/10 regret my decision to purchase this.
