More ergonomic than comfortable, excellent service by Vergo in generating the 5 year warranty, and no botched up screw-job unlike other brands where some screws almost always don't fit the hole.

Really good product and easy to assemble, I haven’t found any issues as it is just my day 1 using it. I will definitely provide a review after some months of use. Hands down to customer support from seller side as they are really helpful. The chair is really sturdy and strong as it has some weight. Quality is really good and will see how long it is going to last after regular use.

Wheel locking system
It's a good and comfortable chair . But I need to say there should be some stopage for a sliding wheel . Because when u tried to move back wheel make you u draw more back . So there should be some locking system in the wheel

Very good for the price
While this is an opinion formed within a week of buying , it is clear that this chair is a great buy for the price. I got it for under 11.5K including card discounts. The delivery was prompt and the chair needs assembly - which is not too difficult. The only issue - and this is widely reported - is that the wheels are a bit too smooth and the chair seems to run away with the slightest push. Overall a comfortable chair that more than justifies the price!
