Very satisfied with this sofa sleeper. It's the perfect size to convert a bedroom into a TV/guest room. Pretty easy to put together. I used my own pillows to decorate.

The ability to provide a 4 star from a 3 was a string decision from the beginning to end of purchasing and building a U shaped couch.I do not recommend anyone unable to build/reads instructions to buy this. Husband's are included in boosting this 4 star rating.The purchasing of this couch was simple. Delivery was atrocious. Each box was broken or in disseray of some sort. I do believe because of the delivery on one of the side sofas lost hardware.Upon opening of the boxes, it was difficult to distinguish where to begin. I also believe due to delivery, the main part of the sofa provided a red tape to the back of the couch which contains a zipper pocket. The other two did not have this and ended up with me, the wife, moving the husband aside to find tools/hardware.Making the first part of the couch, the L shape and pull out: took about 5 hours one day.The downer on the star is lack of hardware. I was unable to complete the other L shape to the couch for missing bolts/screws. When discovered, I did provide feedback to the seller. The seller did send me the missing hardware. In which, this brings my original 3 to a 4 star, for a good response to providing the hardware. However, after waiting 2 weeks for its arrival, I had previously went to a hardware store to find replacements to install. I now thank you for the backup hardware.This couch is comfortable. I have kids of all ages using it and enjoying it for sleep overs. It's big enough to hold many board games and bedding. I do recommend this to those that want a big, comfortable, and kid mess free (I got the grey and we had a milk accident once and it cleaned up nicely).The seller's quality of the couch and customer service response has my thanks.

Beautiful, comfortable, easy to put together

HORRIBLE - The manufacturer left a piece out and no matter how many times I asked - they never responded to make it right. I will NEVER NEVER order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE

Once I found the parts. It was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions could have been a little better but after a couple changes, it was assembled. It took about 3 hours to assemble.

The description is not accurate to the couch. It says the cushions are removable. Only the back pillows and the throw pillows have removable covers. The seats are all one piece. It also says it seats 3 people….2 people fit comfortably. 3 people you’d be squished. Fairly easy to put together, but for sure you need two people to do it. Do I like the couch…….yea it’s okay.

Item arrived partially and other shipment is saying that I should contact FedEx but it appears that I have to go and get items.

Good starter couch. we ordered an extra L to make our couch a U shaped sectional. It’s not the most comfortable couch and was a pain to put together but worth it to have a couch. the cushions are only 3” thick right on top of wooden slats. It does serve its purpose for blanket storage and the pull out bed works good.
