We are starting a small soap business and this laptop has been perfect for everything we have needed so far. It’s easy to use and we like that it came with Microsoft office! It is easy to use and is light weight. The battery life so far has been great we really have no complaints about this laptop

Hard Drive arrives full!
Don't Buy This Computer! By the time you get the OS updated and running, the Hard Drive is Full.In order to use the computer. you have to plug in an adaptor that holds a mini SD card which has 5x the storage of the hard drive. Question: Why not just perminatly install the SD card since that is where you have to load all your programs anyway.Granted, I should have looked closer at the advertisement it says "320GB Storage" but i didnt read on to see"64GB eMMC+256GB SD Card"I plan on returning it.

Works as expected
Works as expected, wiped the drive and installed Debian Bookworm. Haven't tested the camera, but I'm not planning on using it yet.

Impossible to See Silver Printing on Silver Keys
Computer is fantastic except for one major design flaw: The silver printing on silver keys makes it nearly impossible to see the letters under certain (most) lighting conditions. Other than that, this is a great product.
