Overall a good fitness machine. Does what it’s designed to do. It took two of us about 3 hours to assemble. The directions were fairly straightforward. I would suggest the company provide a step by step video guide. It could be a little more sturdy for the standing lifts but overall, I am pleased with it. The value of cost and what it does is great. It’s smooth and easy to use.
