Ferrofluid Speaker Sound Visualizer, Dancing Ferrofluid Lamp with Colorful Lights, Ferrofluid with Music Rhythm, Symbiont in a Bottle (Not A Speaker) (Does Not Make Sound)

Got for my husband’s spaceship-like pc setup, one of his favorite accessories I his room!

It was fun to play with and works great with voices and music for example. Arrived on time

The media could not be loaded. I bought this ferrofluid visualizer because I liked the shape, colored background. But once I got it, majority of the fluid just sat at the bottom of the window. I then picked up the other one that I see everywhere and ALL the fluid dances the way it is marketed. I would avoid this unit and go for the tall unit.

I had already purchased the larger souvenomund ferrofluid visualizer, and was looking for something that wasn't as bright and distracting. I figured this one with colored lights would be better for my desk setup, especially since the description says that you can freeze it on a color you like.In the rotating mode, the colors are nice and vivid, and transition smoothly. However when using the mode to lock it onto a specific color, it only stays at the color for 1.5 minutes, then resets back to bright white. Additionally, if it doesn't get sound input for a few seconds, it starts pulsing and moving on it's own - that might be something you'd want, but just another setting you can't control. The ferrofluid effect is super cool and very reactive to sound, but not as a good as the larger model.In terms of the build, the construction feels really nice and solid, and I like the overall build aesthetic. The chamber that holds the bubble is tilted to the side, and no matter how careful I am, the bubble is too large and floats back to the top. The bubble isn't really noticeable.Overall, it's ok as long as you're OK with the rotating color mode. Don't expect it to stay on any color for too long.

I thought it would be a speaker that’s the only downside don’t leave the magnet on the glass or else the black stuff will stick to it you just have to mess with it and it will come off after a couple hours other than that it’s pretty cool

The media could not be loaded. I had never heard of ferrofluid before and was very curious. As a child of the 70s I remember the magnetic man face toys we all had & tried to decorate daily! Maybe it stems from there! But make no mistake, this is not your 70s toy!This unique sculpture could easily be combined with additional ones to create a very dynamic display of color and movement! It’s important to note that this is not a speaker and no sound will come or resonate from it! It simply reacts to the very minimal amount of sound with the ferrofluid dancing, and moving along with the lights, changing color! There is also an option to set one color versus changing colors.This is a show piece for your home, and certainly a conversation piece!

Microphone doesn't work. Also filthy from bubbles in ferrofluid. Talked to support, nothing to do.
