One of the biggest problems I encountered when first opening and trying to put together my new clickwick plant was there was very little information or instructions on how to put the oil into the plant. It just said to install. There were no diagrams pictures videos nothing I had nothing to go by. I kept trying to put it in there, but it was too big to fit into the hole too big. I tried to pull the top off. It wouldn’t come off, so I kept trying to fit in there. It obviously didn’t fit. I read back on some of the other reviews and I saw things that said it was too big to fit in there and they returned it and I thought oh my gosh, I’m gonna have to return it so I put it back in the box a couple days later I was looking around on the site and found some pictures and noticed that yes indeed you do have to take the top off the bottle and then put the bottle in the bottom of the plant so I took the bottle and I started looking at it and I started twisting and the top came off so twist and the top will come off and then you can put the bottle of the oil into your clickwick plant and it will come off and it is wonderful. You will love it. It is the most wonderful thing in the world. I love my plant. It’s beautiful. It’s amazing. It’s fabulous. It’s so many different things. Oh, I just can’t tell you how much I love it but now you know the trick to getting the clickwick oil into the plant so good luck and I hope you enjoy as much as I am.

loooove this product when it works.. i love the concept and when it works it’s amazing .. but it stopped working in about a months time.. enough to where i couldn’t return it and even if i wanted to it’s an UNRETURNABLE item.. i plug it in and once in a while it works and then it stops working .. so sad

I love this diffuser. It’s small approximately 5.5x6.5 but emits a good scent that will light up my whole upstairs and the smell will last awhile and the fact that it looks like a plant makes it a great little decoration for my hallway.

I thought this would diffuse like water but it’s basically an essential oil plugin. That said, it works and needs to be recharged often but works wirelessly. Looks good. I placed it in our 1/2 bath that the teens like to make smelly all day. The scent is very nice but you’ll have to use their proprietary oil plug in style, and can’t use the other oils they sell for diffusers. I was hoping to use the oils I already had from the company. But my bathroom smells a lot better and nobody is yelling “please spray something!! Yuck!”. Problem solved.

I’ve had these since December 2024. PROS: I do love the look and the fact they don’t need to be plugged into an outlet. They are easy to charge and hold the charges a decent amount of time, and the vial of scent last quite awhile. CONS: The scents are just plain weird. Just a strange mix of smells. Just a weird medical/medicine smell. Simply gross. I’m sticking with the grapefruit scent for now. Hoping the company will add a simple vanilla, cinnamon or pumpkin spice scent eventually.

Beautiful gift

Product does not work as expected. You can barely smell the fragrance coming out of it, and it does not keep a charge. Even when left plugged into the wall unit, it does not expel fragrance much. While the fragrances are pleasant, this device does not work like other devices in its class. When I went to return it, it had a date of two weeks still left on the return eligibility. They refuse the return anyway. I do not recommend this product. I will not buy from this company again.
