Bought this bike for our son to get to and from the train station to College. In the first week, the front mud flap fell off, after replacing the front nut and bolt, he kicked off the rear end mud flap as the mounting sits high above the rear tire and as they are made of thin plastic, it is easy for anyone to do this. Another issue is the bike is heavy. It has strained my husband's back more than once getting this bike in and out of the back of our car - it is more a two man job. My husband did not have back issues prior to lifting this heavy bike, but since having to do this, twice his back has been strained. He now has to be careful and always has assistance when loading the bike. When possible, he leaves the loading to our sons, who work together to get the bike in and out of our car. I would suggest, anyone with potential back issues, DO NOT lift this bike on your own. One more suggestion, even if it incurred an extra cost, would be to have collapsible peddles and handle bars to help minimize the amount of space this bike needs. We would have considered buying another of these for our second son, but we could not fit two neatly in the back of our large boot space (CMAX), even with two of the three rear seats down. However, regardless of the location of the rear mud flap and it's weighty build, the bike has been useful in getting our son to and from College, so he is happy with the bike. The bike is good for it's price, but could be great, so this is why we rate it 4 STARS.

The media could not be loaded. terrible.after just 2 rides with the bike i had to walk 5 miles because the pedal broke.very bad experience.i will provide photos and video.i am waiting for someone to contact me about the issue.it is just not acceptable.

This was my second purchase of this bike. Very professionally packaged, and very professionally delivered . I was very impressed with the way the delivery man kept me informed that he was coming to my house. It is a very stunning bike. Easy to put together with the free tools that come with the bike. Very good quality in terms of sturdiness etc. The weight is not too bad considering the look of the bike. And the price is really good for the quality of the bike. I actually got the second bike cheaper than what I bought it for before. My one complaint is that once you fold the bike down, which is quite easy, there is no clip to hold it in place. ,( Maybe I haven't worked it out yet) . In any case, thank you.
