Terrible, doesn’t hold charge and less torque than a battery with half it’s ah rating.Don’t waste your money

This battery pack fits well for my makita drill. It slides into the bottom part as my braaded one does. Also it holds battery OK but not as long as my original makita. I tend to use this as a back up. I mainly use when I'm charging my makita branded one so I can compete any job thus it's time saving for me and helps in my daily life when I'm doing diy or fixing something in the home with the drill.

Good replacement battery, I use this for my Makita drill and it worked well with no issues, charges with the original charger and so far I've had about the same battery life.

I was pleased to review this as I own several Makita 12v drills and my original supply batteries are mostly worn out.This battery charges fine in my original Makita charger and it fits my drills exactly and is a pleasure to use.It weighs 470g and is listed as 4.8Ah. One of my original batteries is 3Ah and weighs 680g so I hope the weight difference is better battery tech over the period and nothing else.

Although I use LXT series drills and tools for my work, I have an old Makita domestic drill here at home, but the battery only lasted 15 mins or so. This is a perfect drop in replacement that has given an old drill new life! Also works in the Makita work light from the same kit.
