I thought I’d give this fad a go and I had low, low expectations.I don’t know if I am experiencing a placebo effect or it genuinely works, but I am feeling great. I’ve had a brain fog for months, even years and within a day or two of taking these I already feel more with it, it’s like the fog lifted and I felt more lively, mentally alert and calm. Sleeping well and getting up easier, not feeling mentally drained by mid afternoon.I haven’t used it long enough to see any of its other benefits.Super easy tablets to take, not too late and no taste to note.Cost, a little high I thought, but if they work this well it’s worth it.

Value for money product, feels like energy levels are improving, general health has improved taking this along with standard multi vitamins.

Having taken these in conjunction with 9 other supplements its hard to truly tell but overall I am feeling a lot more energetic..my achey hips are completely gone, they were about a 7 out of 10 some days for pain..now zero.

I took these as recommended on label for 2 weeks, felt zero benefit. If anything made me feel like I had brain fog & drowsy after three weeks of taking them. The write up of benefits sound amazing and I was recommended this product by someone that believes they do feel an incredible benefit. I guess they must suit people or it's a placebo that some people are easily convinced are working. For me personally I'd say this product is like how Snake Oil peddlars of old used to work or Religion. Read or are brainwashed enough about the benefits to believe in it then it must be true... 😏

Good supplement for the price

Had been taking these for a few months after a previous product was out of stock. Unfortunately, did not see any real changes which was disappointing

Got these recently after reading about the benefits so can’t comment on effectiveness just yet. Although they are easy to swallow and seem to be good quality. I’ll edit my review once I can confirm effectiveness.

Bought as thought same as nmn.Not same but I think these work better for me .I've tried these and nmn.These win hands downMore energy and clear mind and concentration.I was taking 2 a day ..had to work overtime for a month and these wer a god send .Think helped me sleep but started with magnesium at same time .If feeling tired and head like cottonwood give them a try .Add magnesium with them honest felt 100% better with in 2 wks .
