I slept like a baby and didn't even wake up several times during the night. I just got up and feel as good as new. It is firm but not hard, not bland either. It has just the right firmness for your neck, head and back. I love that it feels cool and I can move my arms around it with no problem 100% recommend. I love it!

The comfortable feeling is real! The soft touch is a bonus.The only reason I give 4 stars is.... that I wish it was a bit higher/taller.My husband has broad shoulder and he likes to sleep on his side.The pillow, despite its comfortable feeling, is a bit low for side sleeper who has wide shoulders.The head feels like it floats in the air and there is a gap between the head and the pillow.When you sleep on your back, it's very comfortable and good.

No more waking up with neck and back pain, no more uncomfortable position while sleeping, no more waking in the middle of the night with migraines and pains, YES it had helped my migraines too. I used to have more migraines even while sleeping. The quality is great the size and fit for me is perfect. I’m 5’4 and this pillow has helped me with getting a really good rest during the night. I love my pillow. I've been using it for a few months and it is really helpful for someone with a tear in their shoulder. It took me a little time to get used to it but it does what it needs to do in supporting me comfortably. I do use a regular pillow underneath so I am not laying flat after some healing time. I recommend this for anyone that has difficulty sleeping with pain. I didn't give it 5 stars because after several hours of laying on it, I find I'm sweating. But I say give it a try.
