Q: How big are they? The description said 2” but when I said add to cart, the description on that screen said 1.25”?

Q: How do I get them to stick? They don't seem to want to stick to anything and they don't suction so they don't pop

They don't stick or suction to anything. You turn them inside out and have to hold them on a table or where ever you want them to start from. They will pop up from a table as soon as you take your hand off of it.

Q: How high do they pop?

My best ones can get as high as about four feet but most are around two or so. They are very stiff and pop very quickly, so little kids (and even adults) should be careful about hurting their eyes.

Q: Is this "rubber" made of PVC or have any vinyl material?
