My fancy Jabra headset broke and I couldn’t afford another one so did a lot of research and went with this one. It’s more comfortable than the Jabra - call quality and sound are great - it has a charging base and you just plug it in and it’s ready to use. You get what you pay for and for $100 this one is awesome! I cold call all day at home for work, the cheap ones are all terrible so I highly recommend this one.

Finally a headset that sound great AND the mic works great! My callers don't hear evrything around me and they say the sound is great.

I purchased the model without the USB dongle, as I prefer not to carry it around. The headphones connect seamlessly to both my phone and laptop, and switching between devices is smooth and hassle-free. I updated the software via the app and a USB connection.The mute function is impressive: lifting the mic mutes it, and lowering it unmutes. There is also a handy mute button for calls. My colleagues have noted that my voice is clearer now, and I also find the sound quality excellent. The headphones are very comfortable for long meetings, and I haven't experienced any discomfort. I have been using them for the past three weeks and haven't had any disconnections.One downside is that the mute and unmute function on the headset doesn't sync with Microsoft Teams, requiring me to manually mute and unmute in the app. Despite this, I'm very satisfied with the product overall.

I got these for two purposes -- Chatting with friends while online gaming and also to record training videos for the classes I teach.I can't use them for the training videos -- the mic quality isn't up to my standards for this. My voice comes out sounding like there is a little bit of an underwater effect... kind of warbly. The volume doesn't stay even or level while I'm talking.It's not horrible, but it is bad enough that I cannot use them for recording the training videos.That was a pretty big disappointment but I kept them anyway because they are comfortable for chatting live online and I like that I am not tethered to the computer. They stay charged for a long time, too. I was also pleased about that because my old headset only lasted 90 minutes before I had to charge the batteries again.So, I can recommend these for general entertainment and live chatting, but cannot recommend if you plan to use these for recording videos that need to be shared in a professional settings.

This headset really does work great BUT if you have longer hair it gets caught in the gap between the padding and is a pain the untangle. Just a heads up. If you use these will long hair put your hair back or be very careful when removing. Great product beyond that.

Those headphones are not for gaming only office work.

So far, the best headset for Bluetooth communication.The only recommendation I can give to other buyers is to select one with the dongle, as it allows more functionality.

Yealink BH70 UC (NO Dongle).Nice looking, lightweight, soft on the ears (on the ears) however noise cancellation does not exist!Audio is decent during a voice call however music is not so desirable. if you happen to be alone in a quiet space they work good for voice. if outdoors, driving, inside of a populated office, you have to have them cranked up for clarity which is close to distortion.Unfortunately, over the several decades of being a corporate test dummy, this headphone is most likely the worst next to Plantronics. not recommended for those that want to hear the other party.
