Just what I needed for baking sourdough
I love this enamel pot. I bake sourdough bread, and was limited to the round loaves made in my cast iron pot. With this, I can make oval shapes that are much easier to slice. Very attractive red color! Reasonable price.

Birthday gift
I ordered this for my Daughter-in-law who is learning to make sour dough bread. She was using loaf baking pans for it. I decided she'd have better luck with this. She absolutely did and sent me a great picture of her new bread in a good pan. She's pleased.

Nice, spacious bread oven
I really like this bread oven. It makes nice, even loaves. The only thing is the lid is a bit tricky to handle when checking the bread in the oven.

Beautiful and Versatile
I was afraid this would be too big, but I actually think it’s FANTASTIC! I love Rossallini products and was so excited to see them release bread ovens. I bought all 3 sizes to compare and actually decided to keep all three! This large size is perfect for making large artisan loaves, but it will also be so great for roasting a whole chicken, roasting veggies, and braising meat or fish. The lid is a tight fit and the angled handles really make it easy to remove the lid. Beautiful, versatile, definitely recommend!

Beautiful cast iron pot to bake bread
I love this pot for my longer loaves of sourdough. It cooks beautifully. Highly recommend!

Perfect for baking longer sourdough loaves!
This is a beautiful enameled cast iron dutch oven. The main thing I love about it is the shape. All my other Dutch oven pots are circular and my sourdough loaves comes out in the same round shape. This Rossellini elongated pot allows me to make a loaf in a more "traditional" loaf that's great for sandwiches. I got the seafoam green color and it's basically like the product photo. I also like that the lid handles are angled up so that the lid is easy to quickly remove in the middle of the baking process. It's just perfect.
