I purchased this electric knife to replace my old knife that had died. I like the way the handle looks and the fact that it is a cordless knife. The quality is better then the one I had before. It has a safety lock and the grip is comfortable to hold. The knife is easy to use and I like that it has stainless steel blades. I had it since last year and it works well. I feel it is a good price for the money. If you need a cordless electric knife I would recommend trying this one.

I shopped around for an electric knife for a couple of days before I saw this one...fair price and looked to be just what I was looking for... after receiving it I was very happy to find out that it was indeed a great knife....it cut really fast and smooth ...so if you're on the fence,you can't go wrong with this choice

I bought this knife to help cut crusty sourdough bread - loved the idea of cordless. The handle is too big to grip properly with my small-ish hands, so it feels like I can't get a good grip - especially while still being in contact with the sensors. I asked my husband to do it and the sensors wouldn't recognize his hands at all - he'd hand it to me and it would turn right now, I'd hand it back and it wouldn't turn on for him. It isn't particularly powerful (even at full charge), so I felt like I really had to push into it and with the grip issues above, actually put my other hand in danger. You cannot use it while it is charging and it doesn't seem to hold a charge in storage - so I had to plan to take it out to charge it hours in advance of needing to use it.Ultimately, I thought it was an okay-ish, not-great, product. But -- after MAYBE five or six uses, it will no longer take a charge.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this electric knife for my father after he saw me using something similar and loves it. It works as it should and seems to have a really good cut quality. We've used it for turkey, chicken, and beef so far and it's wonderful. I have been using a corded electric knife. I needed a cordless knife for convenience. I chose this knife and it is perfect! It is easy to grasp and makes carving a breeze. It is just the right size to handle all types of carving tasks. It comes in it's own case which keeps it handy. A great product that is worth the price!

Finally, I found a cordless electric knife that I can comfortably hold in my arthritic hands and doesn’t require pressing the trigger continuously to operate nor cost nor cost a fortune! Love it!Revised review:Unfortunately, the knife doesn’t hold a charge for 5 minutes of slicing!! Even after the 2nd overnight charge it still didn’t last long at all.

My husband and I went to a family function, he was asked to carve a turkey, he was handed one of these. The first thought I had was..."there's an archaic tool." But he loved it!
