Wrong size

Very comfy and cute, but i keep on receiving the wrong size ! In addition they are not true to size. I wear 39 so i ordered 40 and it was still small. Then i ordered 41 and received 40 also ordered 42 and received 40 again !!!

The item is very good quality. But the strap did not last long. Hardly 1 month of use the back strap got off leaving a permanent tear on the main body.
