So after seven days of taking these once a day with food as directed I decided to go out and run a 10k, immediately felt fitter than usual which is strange, I usually don’t run having breakfast as I feel sluggish but I was averaging 8:20 min/miles and then overall slowed (in the baking heat) to 6.5 miles in 55 mins. If you are curious I want to improve your VO2 max I say buy them and give it a try, you have nothing to lose but potentially everything to gain
