Great books definitely would buy again.

The books are very well written. There is some repetitiveness, which is the only reason 1 gave less than 5 stars. I have read most of his books.

They were as described, and they arrived promptly.

Books arrived and were new, just a heads up these are the European releases so everything in the recipes is metric. It’s convertible but not convenient if you are used to US units like cups and teaspoons.

I would recommend these books to anyone. And I have recommended to some already. The plan works! Opens your eyes to what our current accepted food system is doing to us and our children. Changed my thinking of what food is good for me.

This product is geographically challenged on the time continuum and calendar delayed confusion.
