Im all for natural supplements but when taking anything new, it is always best to start in small doses. My weekly pill container is full of vitamins and supplements so I sometimes try liquid forms for that reason and so I don't feel like I'm chugging so much water at once just to get them all down. Strawberry is a pleasant flavor and I have noticed better sleep due to better digestion as well as normal energy levels vs my usual fatigue. Im glad to have added this to my daily intake.
