These lemon peel granules smell great. Very lemony. The shelf life is about 2 years as well. It's a big bag so it should easily last me the full 2 years before I need to consider buying more.Great value and can't wait to cooked some fish/chicken with these.

This stuff was nasty, tasted like aluminum. Turns out it is also non-refundable so I'm stuck with something that I will throw in the trash. Definitely do not purchase if you are planning on receiving dried lemon peeling!Update, Seller was very responsive and provided a refund even though it was not the policy. Appreciated!

This SavorSatch Lemon Peel Granule bag contains a lot of lemon zest and some of them were outside the bag but there was tear on the bag. I like to have these handy just in case I run out of the fresh one. This one has some good flavor to it, the texture is a bit strange but nothing too suspicious.

These are nice dried lemon peels that help you to add that bit of lemon zest to your meals. No, it's not quite the same as using fresh lemons, but sometimes you just don't have fresh lemons around. Even when you do, these are a lot easier to use for some meals. Personally, I like throwing them in my crock pot when preparing various chicken dishes. But there's plenty that can be done with these. A good addition to my kitchen food prep.
