I found these to be thick, of good quality, and with a nice firm texture. While they are easy to heat, the noodles can stick together so that you have to work to separate them. The instructions are for heating in a pan, but it works just as well in a bowl with a little water in a microwave. Two minutes and you have a quick meal. I would recommend these. I found the Kikkoman soup base (elsewhere on Amazon) to be a nice addition.

Love these noodles. Perfect portion sizes, and they cook in a few minutes. Have had no issues cooking them and they always come out perfect
