Came in a busted up box but 2 good looking plants, put and could of been wrapped better there would of been less dirt loss. Lost 4 stems and 2 tips but otherwise plants are in great condition and really good plants

Box arrived badly damaged but trees were nicely packaged with no damage. They were actually larger than expected and look very healthy. Highly recommened!!

But there was NO root system. They are falling over in the loose soil. black and damaged at the bottom of the shoot/leaf and seemingly water logged. I am very disappointed. I expected a healthier plant. I counted on the pictures posted from other buyers and their comments. However, both were dead in two days, falling over when the packaging was removed. I have shopped for many plants in the past through Amazon. This one certainly missed the mark. So disappointing

The plants arrived looking healthy and are thriving. The only issue is that despite wrapping and stabilizing them, the dirt still spilled and one pot was smushed. Plants still good in spite of this.

When I received the plants, the box was crushed and soil was everywhere but in the pots. They were healthy and sturdy but messed with enough that one of the leaves were ripped apart. The soil wasn't even soil ... it was just weird. Luckily, I had my own potting soil and my own pots to replant them. Now they look happy and ready to blossom. The delivery and packaging are the only reasons I didn't give it a 5 star.

Very healthy and large plants. When they arrived I immediately repotted them and have them outside. They still look healthy after several weeks of outdoor sunshine and rain. But I'll bring them inside when the weather gets cooler. One of them even seems to have gotten new small leaves on it already.
