I used these in some white chocolate raspberry cookies and everyone loved them. Highly recommend. They tasted great and were a good value for the money. They baked into the cookie dough very well.

I think this is the first negative review I’ve ever left as I’m very easy to please and so long as a product generally does what it’s advertised to do, I will be happy with the purchase. However, the quality of this product certainly warrants a critical and bad review.I bought the raspberry, strawberry and lemon powders and they are all extremely grainy, flavorless, impossible to mix into liquids and simply do not perform as advertised. Actually, the lemon powder did have flavor but that’s because it tasted like citric acid so it didn’t even carry a lemon flavor.I hate waste so I tried to find a use for it and the only thing it sorta worked for was baked goods. It does lend some color to your cakes/muffins (albeit a dull color barely reminiscent of the original fruit) but carries zero flavor and even after mixing into a batter and baking, it still makes the entire cake grainy.All around, this is a terrible product. I decided to buy this brand because it was a more expensive freeze dried powder than most other ones I saw in the hopes that I was paying for a quality product. If this is considered “quality”, then the other cheap ones must be selling bags of rocks and sand since that’s the only way this product could get worse.Truly, save some money, time and self respect by buying literally anything else.

Very little in the bag, mostly powder and bits. Tastes good, but I will not purchase again due to the price.
